On the US Syndicated show, we had back-to-back contestants reach the MDQ (Nancy Christy and Armand Kachigian), but they saw their questions on separate shows. Tom O'Brien and Allen Harris very nearly saw back-to-back MDQs in 2000, but Allen didn't pull the trigger on his $500k question.
So the question remains. Anywhere in the world, have two top-prize questions been read (or indeed won) in the same episode?
