Hi Guys,
I found some time to get a live stream of the show in Italy today after hearing all of the hype about a contestant reaching the €1,000,000 question with all of her lifelines left - supposedly the best player they've ever had.
The next portion of this post contains spoilers, so if you intend on watching the show or hearing about the outcome by some other fashion, stop reading now.

Her question was (original text):
Secondo la Genesi, quale fu la prima azione compiuta da Adamo oscito dal Paradiso terrestre?
A: Offri sacrifici a dio
B: Lavoro la terra
C: Si una a Eva
D: Edifico una casa
English Translation:
According to the book of Genesis, what was the first action taken by Adam when he left* the Garden of Eden?
A: Made a sacrifice to God
B: Worked the land**
C: Knew Eve***
D: Built a house
* - Translation spotty. Could very well be referencing (a) when Adam was banished from Eden by God because of his sin of eating the forbidden fruit with Eve or (b) one of first actions when in Eden itself, before banishment.
** - Possibly meaning "to farm the land"
*** - Translation depends on proper translation of question. If question references once he was banished from Eden, this option could mean (loose approx) sexual relations with Eve? Or, if the question is asking which event happened while they were both in Eden before being banished, simply knowing Eve.
Her first lifeline was Ask the Audience, which produced these results:
A: 15%, B: 52%, C: 17%, D: 16%
She then used her Phone-a-Friend. I'm not sure if that was any help to her - her friend didn't sound too enthusiastic nor did she have any tell-signs of excitement after the call.
Finally she used her 50:50, which left A & C as the possible choices.
After thinking for a good amount of time, she chose to lock in C (Si uni a Eva/Knew Eve) as her final answer. After some general banter, the host opted to take the check with her total winnings on it (either 30,000 or 1 Million), fold it in half, hand it to her, and ask her to look and reveal how much she had won (in lieu of just telling her if she was right or wrong).

Her answer was correct. After the fake confetti (video overlay) and some cheering, her companion (husband?) picked her up and danced around the stage.

Note: My Italian is by no means fully accurate and is quite spotty. Translations are loosely based on what I believe makes the most sense. If anyone speaks fluent Italian and would like to correct me, just let me know and I'll make the changes!
Take care,
Mech
