I have to say I'm extremely excited but the music was one of the things that made millionaire one of my favorite shows of all time. I really hope they keep the current theme with a few tweaks if necessary. I think a lot of people would agree with me on this.

I finally got to see the video, it is very good! I love the addition of the monitor on the set, and I really don't mind the Hot Seat being gone, and if you ask me, it works better that way. I must say though, I aggree with deltaik24, the cues were some of the best and that is what made me want to watch the show.

deltaik24: You're welcome ^^'  @frank T: I can comfirm that the music is neither of the links you posted. The music is completely redone and remade all over again. The music of Millionaire that we loved for 11 years is all now a distant memory. I was at the taping that Alex was at on August 19th and his show will air the week of Sept. 20th. I can't say how much he won or lost due to an agreement to those attending in the audience as well for those who were taking the test at the end of the second taping of the day. You can hear a small sample of the intro, the money changes and flips, and soon to hear the "Jump the question" life line sound effect. The tune to Millionaire for the new game is completely gone and new music is in place for it.

I actually liked the theme to million dollar password. I wouldn't suggest it though for millionaire. Millionaire was more of a show for tense, thrilling music not upbeat tracks featured in million dollar password.

I agree. "Million Dollar Password" had a superb soundtrack, but it wouldn't work for "Millionaire." The score for "Millionaire" needs to be tense. The WWTBAM score is great because at times it's uplifting, while at other times it's very dark and moody. I hope that the new soundtrack captures that duality.
