Hey all,
More than a year ago, I started working on a WWTBAM version (called Multi Format) that doesn't follow most of the rules of the Classic Format. Well, I'll start explaining it:
- First of all, you have to answer 20(!) questions to pass the whole game.
- You have 6 lifelines during the game, but not all of them are available since the start of the game. They are 50:50, Ask The Audience, Phone-A-Friend, Double-Dip, Ask The Host and Switch The Question.
- The questions are played with the timer.
- The time amounts do change with the tiers: In the Easy Tier there are 15 seconds, in the Mid-Tier there are 30 seconds, in the Hard Tier there are 60 seconds and in the Insane Tier there are 120 seconds per question.
- The game is divided up into four sections: Easy Tier, Mid-Tier, Hard Tier and Insane Tier! Every tier contains 5 questions and as it gets passed, the tiers' final question's prize is guaranteed.
- On Q1, Q6, Q11, Q16 the contestant cannot walk away due to nonexistence of risk.
- Double-Dip is available from the 6th question. In the Mid-Tier it cannot be used along 50:50!
- Ask The Host and Switch The Question are available from the Hard Tier!
- Before the introduction of Insane Tier the contestant can revive a lifeline!
- Before the 14th and 19th questions the player can choose between playing or skipping the upcoming question.
- If the contestant skips the question, they have to sacrifice a lifeline.
- If the contestant plays the question, the timer will not appear on the question.
- The money tree goes from $500 all the way up to $10 MILLION!
- Revive A Lifeline is NOT considered as a lifeline! It cannot be used to amplify any not-used lifelines!
- Graphics: 2011 Blue Rave
- Music: Strachans mixed with Rave and the raw clock style of US Clock Format!
- Languages: English, French and Hungarian!
These are the details!
Pictures and musics files can be found on the following link:
(Note: Q16-Q20 timer musics are not final.)
I hope that you all will like it.
All the bests,
Dave Summer
