Now it hits on my recommandation and what's more suprising me is that this is the very first episode of Vietnamese Millionaire, you can feel shocked about the set isn't what you see, but it is the first episode, they can improve it from time to time, I'm leaving the link here and a huge thank you to the channel owner for sharing to the public the footage

So this is the Vietnamese version, one of the most talked about versions in the world of WWTBAM haha ?
Bah imagine that I too am shocked, to see the difference between the version of January 2005 and that of August 2005 it is something. I also notice the same music when Lại Văn Sâm arrives at the entrance as that of the first season of the British version and when the candidate and Lại Văn Sâm come to the middle of the stage, the lights already turn blue (as for the first season of the British version and that of the Russian version)
Now there is something that I find weird: I realize that with this episode, the very first candidate of the Vietnamese version would be Nguyễn Đức Thắng, except I had seen not so long ago on a page that a person who was called Trần Hoài Linh was "the first ever contestant of Ai Là Triệu Phú" (according to what is said on this page).
Knowing that I speak and that I understand absolutely no Vietnamese, I would like to know if it is indeed the first episode or it is one of the first episodes.
Anyway I would like to say thank you for sharing one of the first episodes of Ai Là Triệu Phú with the old studio which was in a gymnasium.

It is indeed the debut of Vietnamese Millionaire (aka the first episode of the show) and yea it is amazing that the set changed just few months after the debut

So it was probably the greatest debut show of the whole Vietnamese gameshow. I didn't watch it on the real TV but did on Youtube, so amazing.
But comparing to the current version, I think it is better for the older one, although the current one has significant changes. And the current is literally the worst ever if compared to other international version. The studio facility ? Really bad. The contestant performances ? Not good enough. And the marketing ? Haha, it's a problem. The top prize ? Wish if economy better, it would be some 400 or 500 million, enough for buying a regular car. As a Vietnamese viewer, I like the show, but not in those above. The producers simply keeps what as is and don't follow the trend.
