Well, I totally prefer yours, I have to.
It's weird that such a strong version (still managed by a large private channel), decided to make its own graphic and adopt a font that was not so classy for my taste. At least they were able to keep the original three lifelines symbols. Congratulations to you anyway !

Much improved indeed, and it's like night and day is the difference. I remember in 2018 back when Millionaire returned in the UK, for how they used a generic font for thee money tree instead of the Copperplate font and it just didn't look professional. Getting small details like this right add significantly to the overall design of a show's graphics. The main benefits with your graphics I see are: Money Tree Graphics: - Contrasting colour scheme which is of the classic style including the background and font.
- Safety nets are marked in white (which seems natural).
- Lifeline icons are crisper (partly due to the image quality difference, but yours look nicer).
- More spacing between each of the money amounts. My only small suggestion is whether the the scale for the font size could be worth increasing?
- Nice subtle glow effect on the diamond, without it being overpowering.
Question Graphics: - Using the Conduit font (or similar), which is professional for questions and answers.
- Suitable padding between the question box and each answer choice. (Compared to being tightly to the edges.)
- Question frames with a gradient effect which flows to be lighter in the middle. Also more of a brighter blue which establishes greater contrast.
- Each answer letter in orange, along with the small diamond and the colon after each letter. (Oddly both elements omitted on the original Italian graphics.)
- The answer letters correctly turn white when an answer is locked in. (They're still in light yellow on the original.)
