Ok, this HAS to be McDonald's, the pioneer of the kids meal. They probably distribute more toys with their Happy Meals, their Mighty Kids Meals, and now possibly their Adult Happy Meals, than the other three restaurants combined.
I think its closest competitor might be Burger King, but McDonald's has been doing it longer and has far more locations to not be number one.

The largest vegetable??? Out of all these answers, I'm almost positive that a carrot is the only choice that's actually a vegetable. An apple is a fruit, a banana is a fruit… and I'm pretty sure a pumpkin is a fruit too!
