The official Twitter account of Millionaire US is promoting a new WWTBAM board game that is now available on Amazon! The product photos seem to indicate that it’s a reskinned version of a recent UK board game, but with graphics based on the Kimmel-hosted US reboot. Please note that, per the product page, buying from Amazon US will get you the US version and buying from Amazon UK will get you the UK version. This is notably the first new WWTBAM board game in the US in over 20 years, not counting electronic or DVD-based games.

RegisFan Your second link points to this thread. Could you please fix it? As for the game, everything looks great! Apart from the fact that they still didn't make a 15-question format and instead used the 2007 British tree that was never seen on the American show.

Both games arrived in the mail today. Here are my thoughts! The Board Game
- Presentation: The presentation is top notch. The US 20th Anniversary graphics look stunning in board game form. The question cards, money ladder/board, tokens, and manual all look and feel premium. - Accuracy: The 12-question money ladder from UK’s yesteryear is used, presumably because this company had made UK-themes games in the past. That shortcut is disappointing, but it’s the only major inaccuracy. The “Ask the Host” icon is original to the game (contrary to the card game, which uses a Jimmy-esque host head). The second safety net is customizable (albeit upfront, versus in-game) like the current UK version, though that gameplay element is not present in seasons 1 and 2 of the US reboot on which this game is based. Players who answer incorrectly fall to their most recent milestone but keep playing until someone wins the million or 40 minutes have passed (at which point the player who is highest on the money ladder wins). - Other: Lifelines are available on the question cards, but also digitally via QR code. The digital lifelines, accessible via smartphone are well designed and make for a great play feature. Please note that Phone a Friend was phoned in (pardon the pun), as the game just instructs you to ask someone you know. It would have been easy to bake in PAF responses into the mobile site, but alas. The mobile site also features actual questions and their answers, effectively providing a full online game of sorts. - Recommendation: It’s not 100% accurate, but it’s a very nice board game overall that was designed with some definite love for the series on which it is based. This game is absolutely worth picking up! - Disclaimer: The box is fantastic, but the cards are packed very loosely in paper sleeves. Amazon was rough with my delivery and the cards arrived in a jumble. Be prepared for this eventuality if you have the game delivered. The Card Game
- Presentation: High marks all around. Basically, my comments for the board game apply here minus the presence of a board. - Accuracy: All of my comments about the board game apply (the card game does feature an accurate Ask the Host icon) with one notable exception. Whereas the board game’s questions are divided into dollar amounts by difficulty, the card game’s questions feature no difficulty levels or dollar amounts. Progress is tracked via the money ladder only, and question difficulty is not tied to the player’s position on the ladder. Instead, play continues until a player answers the fifteenth question correctly. Wrong answers send a player down to their most recent milestone. - Other: There is no mobile integration for this version. Phone a Friend is treated similarly to the board game. The other lifelines display their results on the opposite side of the question card. - Recommendation: This game is a fun and highly portable take on Millionaire. The presentation and price compensate for the inaccuracies. It’s great for a card-based version of Millionaire, so I recommend it!
