I watched the Australia Special Event again. And I noticed the animation. It's not the one from an official Olga van den Brandt, it's have the 2007 Rave animation instead. So I ended up thinking: Could we changed the graphic in the real controller(like how some fan-made controller could)?

So do you mean that Australia used the UK 2018 graphics instead of the Netherlands 2019 graphics? |
