So, I probably should have mentioned this waaaaaaay sooner (blame my own inactivity here, haha), but I appeared on The Price is Right this past Monday. I don't think I can ever look at cream soda the same way again.

Awesome! So how heavy was the TV Big Wheel, and about how big is it? That thing was HUGE. I’m almost 6’2”, so the wheel has to be probably 12 or 14 feet tall. As for weight, it’s not as heavy as a lot of people make it out to be; if you’re in good shape and/or physically able, you could easily make 2 or 3 revolutions with a hard spin. |

Congrats to you Zach, sorry about the rotten luck on Vend-o-price. But that was a good show all around, experience wise. How was the cast n crew of the show. I've heard from a few accounts they are just as genuine off camera as they are on camera. But also not trying to toot a horn. I was also on the price is right, but sadly didn't make it out of the audience. The rush of getting to enjoy the show and see people's smiles and help them win, was the best enjoyment in the world. Again congrats to you. <3

That’s so freaking cool! I’m glad you had the episode for us to see! It looks like you had fun, no matter how it turned out! I’d love to be able to try my hand at that show! Good for you!

@divvy I actually just turned 18, so I just haven't been able to go. I'm hoping the show sticks around for at least another year so I'll be able to see it for real! (And if it is, I'd love to go with the crew here that normally goes in the summer.) thorklein Haha, I really was kicking myself after the show because of the cookies. I should have thought about the math a bit more, because if the sodas were at most $4 (and the cookies are probably going to be at least a dollar more), then it would have had to be the cookies. Whatever, hindsight is 20/20; I had a great time. Drew and George were super nice during both the show and the commercial breaks. My voice was getting really bad halfway through, so a page (producer maybe? idk) grabbed us cups of water, which was really nice. All in all, everyone on the cast and crew was genuinely friendly. FinalAnswer19 I was really lucky that PiR has a huge online following and that people post full episodes because I totally forgot to ask someone to record it beforehand. This is definitely something that I won't forget for a very, very long time.  |
