Miljoenenjacht is supposed to return soon, so I'll write a thread about it.
It is the original version of Deal or No Deal, started in the Netherlands in 2000 using the format of a German show - the briefcases started in 2002. The goal of the game is like international versions, get the most money.
The top prize is the highest in all Deal or No Deal games except the time the US had a 6 million dollar top prize - this was for one episode only, however.
In the previous season, a man won € 1.120.000
with 4 of the highest 5 (750k, 1m, 2m, 2,5m, 5m) remaining. Incidentally, the first case he would've removed contained 5 euro! He however still sold his case for a profit as it contained 1 million.
