Hi! It's a big pleasure for me to be member of this site since 2011 (but still I could've been more active user  ). Some of you may have known me from my YouTube activity. I'd been creating various videos about WWTBAM - including The Sims 2 version (which by the way was piece of bad work but you can still watch it if you get link to it on YouTube ). Unfortunately soon after my account was banned due to copyright claims. I'd started new account in 2011 and then focused on The Million Pound Drop and various motion graphics. When I started high school I focused on studying bit in my free time I came back to my WWTBAM library - the hype started again. Since then I've made few Millionaire projects - all of them somehow related with The Sims.

In 2014 I'd finally broken my fears (of being criticised or that my language skills aren't good enough) and shared The Sims 3 studio project which thankfully got acclaimed. Have a look. There's also demo of Hot Stakes format (by Kimarough) with custom graphics.

And now, after graduating and passing my finals I've been creating stuff again. In a few days I started graphics set project (still unfinished - trivia: I created the intro in 2015) Take a look. This project got good reception too (thanks by the way).

Last but not the least: brand new, shiny, beauty, original-studio-finally-really-resembling The Sims 3 studio. Must see!

I've already heard that some of you would like to put their hands on this projects Not a problem. I will be thrilled to be able to share them with you.

Well, I've looked through all your posts and activity, and you seem like a really nice guy! Your posts are quality, you've been posting great updates on your projects, and you haven't been bumping old threads for the purpose of raising your post count. I don't see anything wrong, so YES!

I just had a look at the links you gave and I say to you "How in the world did you manage to do such a good job?" The only minor bad thing was when I viewed the demo in the second link, the music was not working at some points (the intro and the 1,000 win cue) Was this intentional to avoid copyright issues?

My vote is a 1000% YES. Would love to see a full play through (with questions and fully working music) in Fan Games if possible.

P.S. I find that Google Translate is not the best place for language translation. It can be a bit off. Nice that you have learned English though.

Yep, I'm not allowed to share these cues just like that, so yes, it was intentional. BTW Five years ago my english wasn't bad at all. I didn't feel really sure while using it in public - I checked almost every word in GT

Second that. I'd also want a specific reason for your 'no' vote, Tim0n ... I'd myself give him a 'yes', mainly because of his Sims 3 Millionaire studio.

Building off what RegisFan said, if you would feel more comfortable PMing RegisFan and myself, rather than posting it for the world to see, that is also an option.  However, if it's no big deal for everyone to know, by all means, please share here.

FinalAnswer19 and I have discussed the situation with Tim0n and found his vote to be reasonable per our rules and guidelines. Our discussion with Tim0n, coupled with szymek48's low level of activity and our independent research, have led us to the conclusion that the "no" vote will be upheld.

Please remember that exceptions to the normal audition protocol are rare. No negative ruling is permanent, and szymek48 is certainly welcome to audition again in the future.

Thank you all for your patience while we deliberated. We did not take this situation lightly and wanted to do our due diligence before rendering a verdict.

I want this situation to be clear. I wanted to know the reasoning of the 'no' vote and I wanted other members to know that too.
Here's the message I got from regisfan this morning.

(...) After discussing the situation with tim0n, we've determined that his negative vote was due to the following reasons:

1) In 2008, you published and distributed music from the show that wasn't supposed to be published - this happened in particular on an old Yahoo group dedicated to game shows that FinalAnswer19 was a member of.
(2) You've used graphics and other production elements from other sources to produce your own content without giving credit.

We've also noticed that you mentioned in your first audition that you would participate more frequently on the site, but we haven't seen a huge uptick in activity on your part. (...)
Therefore, we are going to abide by the standard audition protocol and uphold tim0n's negative vote. That being said, "no" is not a permanent ruling and we invite you to discuss the situation with tim0n and audition again in the future. (...)

And here's my response:

Well, I want to appreciate that you have very good memory. This situation could happen and I'm sure it did if you say so. Unfortunately I can't help with who I was 8 years ago at the age of 11! Lots of things happened and changed since then. 8 years! That's 40% of my lifetime.

About reason 2: All demos I put on this site are not finished - they're drafts that I share in a closed community. Every time I share my project to an open community (Millionaire Sims 2 version on YouTube) I put credits at the end of the film.

To be clear - things I used in projects shared on this site:

• New Millionaire studio - every piece created by me (and The Sims 3 by EA/Maxis)
  
• First Millionaire studio - every piece created by me (and The Sims 3 by EA/Maxis)
• Kimarough101's Hot Stakes demo - format by Kimarough101 (mentioned in video), every piece of graphic created by me, Shuffle/USA clock music from gameshows.ru forum and from flash-based game on millionairetv.com old website, original classic cues from tvpmm.com (all music with changed tones and with lowered quality)
  
• UK-inspired graphics set - every piece created by me excluding lifelines graphic from gameshows.ru, background from old millionaireitv.com website, lozenge elements (wireframe and answer) from project on gameshows.ru, audience poll percentage from old game on RTL's Wer Wird Millionaer website. Music clasically from tvpmm.com and gameshows.ru (and The Sims 3 by EA/Maxis)

Thank you for invitation to discuss with tim0n. I think you should've invited tim0n because he didn't put any effort to respond to my messages.

Due to this situation I'm going to withdraw any activity on this website.

This sounds like the same group I was part of and also uploaded music to, and FinalAnswer19 brought this up in one of my auditions as well. However, I chose to stick around regardless, and, as you can see, building up that level of trust has paid off in that I have a good friendship with him now, which is something I never expected to happen back then.

I suggest you stick around and build up some trust. Who knows what could happen in the future?

Thanks but I don't think I would be able to share my projects with people that don't trust me (the feeling is mutual).

I can't stand hypocrisy.
