I've been having some slight trouble with my 1st and 2nd Editions of the US PC games - when you go to the question, the music doesn't play at all, but when you go in and out of the Pause menu, it starts right up.. does anyone know what this is?

What version of windows are you running? That usually plays a huge part in older games running properly.
If you are running Vista or the new Windows 7, try running the game in administrator mode. It may or may not help, but it's worth a shot.
Another possible problem could be your sound card and it's drivers. If you're using a newer model card and newer drivers, they could be "too good" for the game, but I don't think that explains why the music would start after you press pause.

Well I run Windows XP, but I could try running it with the compatibility mode, I'll try that...
