I would like to have clarification on the term Game Software, do Host Screen simulators count as Games in that mine is designed to replicate the on set screens from the later UK series and Hot Seat graphically as well as play the audio?

In general, no. A Game is clarified as an actual playable game that you can use by yourself. Something like a host screen where you have to put in your own questions is called a Control, because you can't play a game by yourself.
When it comes to Fan Games, creations of any type are welcome.

Per the rules and guidelines for the auditioning procedure: Game controls such as host screens are very much encouraged in the Fan Games Sharing Center. You'll have to audition as a non-game creator, but your contribution will not be valued any less by the community!

Ok. Thank you RegisFan and @woffan2008. I just wanted to make sure since I haven't met the waiting period yet. Will be auditioning once I have been a member for long enough. I figured that my contribution wouldn't be valued any less based on the fact it is WWTBAM related.
