This one does not date from 2000 but from after 2002 as the logo bears the euro signs and the cheques and the amounts on the questions are in euro, not in Francs which was the currency in France until we changed to the Euro on January 1st, 2002. I used to have the junior version as well, it must be hidden somewhere in my attic back in France! ^^ Idolsfan

idolsfan No you're wrong before January 1st, 2002 the Euros was already launched since January 1st 1999 and became officially the national currency in January 1st, 2002 but during 3 years, France had 2 national currencies = Francs and Euros. And in WWTBAM during December 1st, 2001 to January 1st, 2002 the money tree was in 2 currencies. And on the box it's write "2000 Celador Productions Ltd." From Wikipedia's article : fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euro (Section "Passage à l'euro") "Les billets et pièces pour les anciennes monnaies ont cependant continué à avoir cours légal jusqu'à ce que les billets et pièces en euro soient introduits le 1er janvier 2002." "Banknotes and coins for the old currencies, however, continued to be legal tender until the euro banknotes and coins were introduced on 1 January 2002."

As far as I can tell, I'm certain that they are TWO versions of the same board game in France. One (the original) is with the francs, and second (the updated) which was re-released two years later with the Euros. Even if in the Euro version still says on the box "© 2000 Celador Productions Ltd." it is STILL the same game, just with the different currency which, as I wrote earlier, it was re-released prior to the introduction of the Euro banknotes and coins. Here's the picture taken from some French toy shop website that shows the first version of the board game (that with the franc currency):

@paolo16gula Maybe you're right yes because like I said : from December 1st, 2001 to January 1st, 2002 there were 2 currencies in the TV game. And I think that my board was created in 2001 and not 2000 (as wrong on the box) because it promote the Euro Currency (With the logo) so I think that it was just before France had Euro for national currency. All my apologies. Well in fact it doesn't really change something. Here's a photo of the game AFTER France had Euros has national currency = No logo of "Euro Version" and maybe it's the 2002 or after game board.
