This week saw another $250,000 win. It seems like more people are making it to Round 2 this season and winning big than in previous seasons with the current format. The breakdown & total for the week:

May I also add that the past week, Chris Ngoon was the first contestant in nine years to miss on the $500,000 question.

And it DOES seem like more people are making it to round 2. How many millionaires could be in our future? So far, it looks pretty good.

Well, there have been quite a bit of players that have lost on the $500,000 question in the US version. However, yeah, the last time we saw a $500,000 question loss before Chris was 2004. What I heard, Chris and the player that lost on $500,000 question recently before lost $225,000. Everyone else lost $218,000.
