Has anyone else noticed that Millionaire has aired relatively few reruns this season?

I'm sure that the episode order hasn't increased, so are we looking at a longer stretch of repeats in the summer? Or is something else going on entirely? During previous seasons, it seemed that the cycles of repeats were fairly consistent year after year, and I feel like we should have have had more repeat weeks by now. This season, though, we've hardly had any reruns at all.

Or is it just me? Is memory playing tricks on me?

Haven't watched the show in forever, so I'm not sure. Maybe a lot more contestants applied, or more applicants allowed to play?

This week they are running repeats aren't they?

This is also the first time (I think?) that they are starting auditions in the spring. I thought they waited until early summer for that, but I could be mistaken. If that's the case, maybe they are going to start taping earlier and pushing out the new season in early August or something.

The new season has traditionally started around the second or third week of September. Maybe they're planning to start even earlier next year, like a few other game shows do. "Millionaire" has always been unique in that there have usually been a few weeks of new episodes during the summer. I wouldn't be surprised if that didn't happen this year.
