Now, Millionaire has been seen in 39 countries in total and every international version added something unique to the format. But there is one thing which is usually different in most of the versions: the names for the show. Some of the international formats have indeed used the original title Who wants to be a Millionaire such as the U.S. or Australia, but most of them had used different names. For example, in Germany and in Switzerland, they had called the show "Wer wird Millionär", in Russia "Кто хочет стать миллионером", and so on. Today, I'd like to ask you guys: Do you think that there is a reason why most of the international versions made a different title for WWTBAM?

Because there are other languages than English? Because in some cases direct translation might sound a bit stupid?

The titles are going be changed to be fit in their native countries. Although some of them I think can be a bit stupid like "О, счастливчик!" or "உங்களில் யார் மகா இலட்சாதிபதி".
