It looks like Ask the Expert isn't in the game, probably because it's easier to simulate a "Phone a Friend" than an "Expert." Unless ATE is being dropped next season in favor of PAF, although I doubt that.

This game really does look fantastic. The press release says the game is being released in Quarter 3 of 2010. That's not that far away, if I'm not mistaken!

Personally, I think that PAP is a much better idea than ATE. It just, to me, seems like a lot more fun.

Also, a great addition that I have always thought would be perfect to add to a game is, 3 different full game modes. Standard, which would have the normal game play. Super Millionaire, which would be played just like Super Millionaire (money tree, lifelines [exception is, no 3 Wise Men] cues, etc.). And finally Classic, which would be just like the classic version of the show.
And what they could incorporate in it is, Regis hosting the Classic and Super Millionaire, and Meredith or Regis hosting Standard.

I wonder if we'll be seeing Regis, Meredith, both, or neither in this game. No press releases or screenshots have included either host, so I'm beginning to think the game is just hosted by a generic host, as opposed to one of the real hosts. It would be nice to have at least one of them in the game, though.

The ability to choose between Regis and Meredith as host would probably be the coolest feature in any video game version of "Millionaire," possibly only second to the "Classic, Syndicated, and Super" option suggested above.

Also, looking at the question text in the screenshot on Ludia's website, I think we can assume that the "Celebrity Question" is in the game.

Hmm..I've noticed that if you maneuver your way to the section of the site devoted to the WWTBAM Wii Game for the US, it also says there, "Coming Soon: PC, Nintendo DS, Wii."

Maybe it's also going to be released for the PC in the near future..just a thought.

Yeah, that'd be great if they did come out with an online version..but I'm not getting my hopes up.

I thought the video based game on the syndicated Millionaire website would be a good idea, but they don't ever update it, so it gets old playing with the same questions over and over. I have a feeling there won't be an online game.

I am totally loving how this game is looking, and I love the fact it will be on PC as I don't have a Wii. It would be great if it did have the options to have Regis or Meredith, but I don't think it will hinder me much in enjoying the game when it does come out. I can't wait for later this year!

I think they had the generic voice because it would be too much hassle to personally engage Meridith/Regis to read out questions, maybe?g
