Not quiet! I am not a fan of the show, although it is well produced and I understand why people like it. I never had a problem with the show. My problem was with Celador, ITV., and five Individuals, Paul Smith, David Briggs, Steven Knight, Michael Whitehill who together plagiarized my concept and with the knowledge of Claudia Rosencrantz, and others, who were not taken to court, but who also knew it belonged to me, consequently, they helped to plagiarize it whilst under a strict duty of confidentiality. I think I viewed the Original Pilot in around 2004 - while the Arief-v-Celador trial was going-on. I stress, it was the first Pilot. I believe you are all talking about the second pilot. I was really only interested in the Money Tree, Safe Zones, Questions and the type of Lifelines used - to see how they resembled mine. They did. The Lawyers told me the first Pilot would never see the light of day. Paul Smith said, one day he would like to use some of it in a TV show about WWM?, but I doubt he will. There were items in the first Pilot that were plagiarized from another Concept called 'Help' by Tim Boone. One of those items was the brilliant, phone-a-friend. Others were: the high stool, the Money Box, the clothing of Chris Tarrant - who was not ITV's first choice of Host by the way, Michael Barrymore was. I only claimed 80 or so per centum of the CONCEPT of WWM? Nothing to do the the actual making of the show, just the seed. When Steven Knights' brother was told by someone close to him, "Steven stole the concept of Cash Mountain from the Millionaire concept," he said, "So what!? It's the same as the 64,000 Dollar Question anyway." If it was the same, why do they all claim it was their idea and make so much money from WWM?? Why dare I tell you these defamatory things? Because I dare, and hope they take me to court again. Yes my name is John Bachini (AKA John Baccini), as in my claim against those named above. After all of this time I am still not happy. It was, and still is, fraud, theft. I came across this site recently because I was researching WWM? and those bastards, and what they are all-up-to. That's why. Got to go!

I am going to be honest, I don't believe you are who say you are. Most of the information you've given us on this thread is/was available on public domain online. Why would you go out of your way to even research a show, wanting to be taken to court again, despite that, as far as we are all aware, was settled. That you can't give us some information, I assume, is part of the settlement agreement between you and Celador. Why would YOU want to be taken to court again, when it's settled already? All of this just doesn't suit me at all.
