Alright, so you're going to use Ask the Host on this one. That's me, you realize that? *the audience chuckles* Right, so here's what I think...
*a set of spotlights surrounding me flash on as the Ask the Host bed starts in the background, cutting off the question bed*
It's 212 degrees Fahrenheit. I happen to live in a place that uses the Fahrenheit scale, and as such I can say with 100% certainty that 212 is the boiling point in Fahrenheit.
In fact, I also know that the formula to convert Celsius to Fahrenheit is to multiply the Celsius figure by 9/5, and then add 32. As an example, I'm also certain 100 is the boiling point in Celsius. Now 100 times 9 is 900, over 5 is 180, plus 32 is 212.
And now I notice 132 is one of the options, but that's merely 100 plus 32. Don't pick that. 212 is the Final Answer. I'm locking it in, Eddie. *the audience chuckles*
*meanwhile the Ask the Host bed stops with a single bing, the surrounding spotlights taper off, and the q9 bed resumes in the background*

You’re 100% certain, so I’ll trust you on that!
212 final.

*the q9 Final Answer cue plays, replacing the question bed in the background*
A: 100 B: 212 C: 132 D: 200
Ok computer, can you please reveal the correct answer, before my overconfidence gets the best of me... *the audience chuckles*
A: 100 B: 212 C: 132 D: 200
*the q9 correct cue plays*
Very good, that's 20 grand for you. *the audience applauds as the studio lights come back on briefly before dimming back down to the q10 let's play cue*
There was a point a few years back where I was actively learning to use the Celsius scale despite living in the U.S. I actually had my phone set to the Celsius scale from 2017 up until a few months ago. At least that may come in handy when I eventually travel to London to see some "footy", hopefully those travel restrictions are lifted soon...
$1 million $500,000 $250,000 $150,000 $75,000 $50,000 $20,000 $10,000 $5000 $2000 $1000 $500 $300 $200 $100
Anyway, I thankfully came through on that last question and won you $20,000. This next question, number ten out of fifteen, is worth $50,000, and it would earn you the new Switch lifeline if you give me the right answer, even if you choose not to make it your next safe haven. However, you would lose $19,000 on a wrong answer here.
With that said, knowing that you still have two lifelines at your disposal, would you like to set your safe haven at $50,000?

Fair enough. Computer, could you please set the safe haven at $50,000...
$1 million $500,000 $250,000 $150,000 $75,000 $50,000 $20,000 $10,000 $5000 $2000 $1000 $500 $300 $200 $100
And there it is. You're now one correct answer away from guaranteeing yourself a fat slab o' dough. *the audience chuckles* Let's have a look at the $50,000 question, computer please...

What is the name of the kingdom where much of the Disney film Frozen is set?

Remember that you can still go 50/50, and you can still Phone a Friend.

Right, let's get rid of two of the wrong ones then. I too have a hunch on this one, but we'll soon see if it holds up, computer please... Post -------------------- Kirbyplayers will now take away two wrong answers, leaving for the contestant the right answer and the one remaining wrong answer. -------------------- End

Yep. I think it’s Arendelle. Don’t think it’s Corona,
Arendelle final.

*the q10 Final Answer cue plays, replacing the question bed in the background*
A: Corona C: Arendelle
I didn't think it could possibly be Corona either... *I cautiously gaze at my screen for the answer*
It's not Corona, it is Arendelle! You just won $50,000! *the audience cheers as the q10 correct cue plays and the studio lights come back on*
A: Corona C: Arendelle
*the q11 let's play cue plays as the studio goes completely dark, illuminating only me and the contestant*
Yep, my hunch was also Arendelle, but it was more like 90% despite having seen the film only once, and it was in German...
$1 million $500,000 $250,000 $150,000 $75,000 $50,000 $20,000 $10,000 $5000 $2000 $1000 $500 $300 $200 $100
But anyway. That correct answer means you've got $50,000, and you can't leave with less than that. You're only five questions away from a million. As well, you now have the option to Switch any one question from here on out.
Question number eleven is worth $75,000. You're at a safe haven, you can't lose here, so you might as well play this question. Remember you can still Phone a Friend, and you can now Switch it out if you'd like. This is the question...
*the q11 question bed plays in the background*

Can't say I blame you here, I'm not one bit familiar with this musical at all. Right, this question is now out of play. *the Switch lifeline ping plays* Well since I don't know the answer, and you I would think don't have much of an idea either, let's just see what the right answer was before we get rid of it...
A: Motel B: Perchik C: Tevye D: Lazar
C was the answer there, interesting. Right, off with this question. Be gone and don't come back! *the audience chuckles*
*the Switch "swoop" sound plays as the previous question is swapped for the one at the bottom of this post*
This is the new question. Again, you might as well play it since you've nothing to lose, but you can still Phone a Friend if you like. For $75,000...
Which girl's name is not mentioned in the chorus of Lou Bega's hit song "Mambo No. 5"?

Gonna have a complete stab at it as it’s a free guess. I’m gonna go with Andrea, it’s been a while since I’ve heard the song, but I don’t remember hearing Andrea there.
So it was not in the song, so Andrea final.

*the rarely heard q11 Final Answer cue plays, replacing the question bed in the background*
A: Andrea B: Erica C: Jessica D: Mary
I know it's a free guess, but to go for a stab in the dark while holding back a crucial lifeline, you showed a lot of guts...
And it paid off in dividends! You just won $75,000! *the audience cheers as the q11 correct cue plays and the studio lights come back on*
A: Andrea B: Erica C: Jessica D: Mary
*the q12 let's play cue plays as the studio goes completely dark, illuminating only me and the contestant*
Wow, well done on a one-hit wonder that's more than twenty years old now. I actually grew up with this song, and I happen to know that the chorus goes, "a little bit of Monica in my life, a little bit of Erica by my side, a little bit of Rita is all I need, a little bit of Tina is what I see, a little bit of Sandra in the sun, a little bit of Mary all night long, a little bit of Jessica here I am, a little bit of you..." Oy, he sure got a whole lot of girls, and that can only lead to a whole lot of problems. *the audience chuckles*
$1 million $500,000 $250,000 $150,000 $75,000 $50,000 $20,000 $10,000 $5000 $2000 $1000 $500 $300 $200 $100
So you've now answered eleven questions correctly and you've won $75,000. That's obviously yours to walk away with at any time. This next question would double your total to $150,000 if you give me the right answer. If you get it wrong... you still have that 50 grand no matter what, but you would drop $25,000. That's a lot of money to be throwing to the wind, but that lifeline is still there should you need it. You can obviously Phone a Friend and still walk away with 75 Gs... but it's worth $150,000.
Have a look at question number twelve of a possible fifteen...
*the q12 question bed plays in the background*
