That is correct! You now have a guaranteed £50,000!You also now have the Switch lifeline, so should you not like the look of a question, you can switch it for an alternative. Here is question 8 for £75,000. You may as well have a go at it since you have nothing to lose.

I've heard some of these names as sports legends, but I will switch out of this question, final.

Well, wannabeamillionaire ... It's been great being here, because I have no idea about this one either. Since I have nothing to lose, and a one in four chance, I'm going to blindly guess and say B, final.

At the beginning of this question, you were guaranteed £50,000, no matter what. And now... you have... £75,000!
* audience clap wildly as lights down music plays *
What a great guess! Now, with no lifelines remaining, here is question 9 for £150,000. Remember you do not need to play this question. Here it is:

Okay, you know what? I'm risking 25 grand on this. But I studied watched the Tempest in my school. There was no bear in it. It was about a shipwreck in an island. As You Like It and Much Ado About Nothing do not sound like Shakespearean plays at all.
This is a one in three chance, and I like my odds as I don't really risk much compared to the prize.
C sounds like the stereotypical type of answer anyway. Winter? Bear.
Therefore, in process of elimination, I will make C my final answer.

I like your thinking. However, did it lead you to the correct answer? I can tell you that C is the rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
RIGHT ANSWER! YOU NOW HAVE £150,000!
You now only have 3 more questions to go until our £1 million jackpot. Here is question 10, for £250,000.

Oh man. I study music in school but we never came around to studying Beethoven. I have some simple knowledge on the types of musical compositions, not detailed - that's for sure.
I'd love to go for it, I'm fine with missing out on 100k if I do get it wrong...
However, this is the moment where I'd love to have the 50:50, because I do know that it's not A or D. Arabesque gives me the idea of Middle Eastern or Turkish music, and Operetta would most likely be sung in accompaniment with a singer in an opera? I am honestly leaning towards B because Nocturne makes me think more about Chopin than Beethoven at all.
Alright. I'd rather go for it and regret not walking away than walking away and possibly finding out that I missed out on 100 grand extra.
It's a lot of money at risk, but I will make B: Bagatelle my final answer.

I have absolutely no idea. I could puzzle out the other questions because I have prior knowledge about them, but I have no idea what "Purple" was or is - even though I am a huge fan of some of the options up there.
No more lifelines to help me out and I'm more than happy with 250,000.
I'm going to walk away, final decision.
My guess would have been YouTube, by the way.
