3 things wrong with this version of WWTBAM.
1. What is with the music. Completely wrong uses 2. How many audience members are there? With that low amount of audience members the audience vote surely is compromised. 3. Is it even a official licensed version?

Though I find it hilarious that they used that disco remix as the "Today's Contestants" cue. 2. The audience vote isn't necessarily compromised. 200 people are certainly more representative than 50, but you can also ask 10 people and call it a poll. It's probably less reliable, but if the people who have no idea simply don't vote the lifeline is still helpful, and that's the important thing. 3. It's definitely licensed, otherwise they couldn't use the music or the set.

In regards to your answer to my third question, this is now what I think Maybe they only paid a percentage of the license fee so that could be why they only used a potion of the soundtrack that was available from the Strachans. Also this could be why the look of the logo is not what is used for almost all versions of WWTBAM today. (especially the lifeline icons)

Yes I do think there is a lack of money in this version.
If budgeting was not a problem, things would be different 1. The set would be redesigned so that a full 200 people can be seated and vote for the Ask The Audience lifeline. This would not need the set to widen but also the installation of 150 extra connected keypads.
2. The questions would not be so hard. The first contestant used the 50:50 lifeline prior but he walked home with nothing after the phone a friend gave the wrong answer. Second contestant unbelievably managed to walk home with 5,000.
3. The music would not be so out of place (and the full Strachans collection would be used)
P.S There is more things wrong with this version. The money tree is surely misleading. The money tree is not showing what the contestant was winning. The money tree (as far as the 2nd contestant went) is actually this.
100 com 200 com 1000 com 2500 com 5000 com(milestone level) 10,000 com 20,000 com 20,000 com (not a error of my part) 30,000 com ? ? ? ? ? ?

There is a lack of money on this version because there is a lack of money in the country. 1. Widening a set is kind of hard if the room ends before the designer's ambition does. We're talking about Kyrgyzstan here. I doubt they have a big television scene there. And if there is no money nor the platform for big television productions, studios tend to be limited in size. The keypads could be an issue, but I doubt it. They could just leave out ATA altogether, after all. 2. I don't speak the languages (It's really interesting und that they play the game in both languages. I wouldn't be surprised if they switched between languages during conversation, but having both English and Russian-language questions is remarkable.), but how can Millionaire be fun if even the first couple of questions are ridiculously hard? I've voiced my opinion about this at least a dozen times, but it keeps baffling me. 3. They don't save money by using the wrong cues. It's a choice. Many versions use the music a little differently. And my guess is that they're not using the "Lights Down" cues because they have no ceiling lights that can be moved. I'm as certain as a person from the outside can be that there is no such thing as a "license light". If there were, we'd see a lot more bastardized versions with different sets or music. I have no idea what the discrepancy between the money tree and the Som values means. First, I thought it might be Rubles and Som, but that doesn't work. Very strange.

Krygyzstan have started their version of WWTBAM and their set and music arrangement is... ehm... strange. There's always ready thread about the Kyrgyzstan version somewhere in the boards.

You know what, are the contestant and host using iPads for monitors?
Besides that, the one thing I love about this version is the opening titles. It's beautifully rendered, and while it doesn't sync up that well with the score, and even the logo looks astounding. It's a nice and fresh breath of air from the constant barrage rave openings and the strict consistency between logo styles.

I will be frank, considering that there are discrepancies from a typical WWTBAM versions, I am quite happy with the way the production team went to create their own version of Millionaire (RTRK and Magic Studio Productions). Considering that a country like Kyrgyzstan is not one of the strongest economies in the world, and that around 40% are living under the poverty line and trade is not strong. The studio maybe small but at least it adapts to a typical style of the average studio, even though the style and colours are different (A mix of modern and traditional) The prize is around 37 times higher than the average 26,219 som (est US$383) which to them is a lot of money an equivalent to (est US$14,500) For the languages, It depends on the location of the contestants and the audience and the language population ratio (Kyrgyz to Russian). Considering that Russian is spoken along with Kyrgyz as Russian, and since Russian is the one of the most spoken languages in the Central Asia (Particularly former USSR nations), I wouldn't be surprised if we see more Russian spoken contestants. As for the audience lifeline, they would make some effort from using the audience by using the number of votes and ratio it to 100 to at least get a "reasonable" result for the contestant. I would be surprised if this version gets a facelift and actually has a bigger studio and audience within a year or 2, considering that recent episodes have been experimenting with lights and extra graphics www.youtube.com/watch?v=3StAQb8hyPcP.S. and off-topic, Now this would lead me to this question, what if Tajikistan and Uzbekistan actually had their own version of Millionaire (Although it would be completely unlikely)
