I've been viewing some screenshots of a Wer wird Millionär game (methinks it's for Playstation 2) and I saw this guy as the host.

Who is he?
I know Jauch didn't participate in the creation of any video games very often, so I'm guessing it's either a generic host or a very bad representation of Günther Jauch.

I kinda thought it was the host of Die Millionenshow at first...

It doesn't look like anybody I'd know from German television. He seems a little like a mix between Günther Jauch and Armin Assinger, the host of Die Millionenshow.
I find his face very unsettling. And not the "You're on a gameshow and I'm not going to give you the right answer, haha" kind of way, more like "Well, aren't you a pretty boy." I don't have any of the games, but I hope they didn't keep that host.

And yes, it is for Playstation 2. It says so on the bottom of the first picture.

Yes, I agree with your statements about his "unsettling" appearance. (Just when I thought that Tarrant character on the British game was weird...)

I'll guess it is a generic host, maybe meant to look like Assinger and Jauch. (That didn't work too well.) Hopefully he was replaced by another host in other installments of the game.

So anyways, thanks for sharing your thoughts. Let's wait and see what other people have to say!
