Howie, Bob, and Jeff—I feel at least—would NOT be a good fit in my opinion. Alex Trebek, maybe, but I feel he would be more suited to a casual-like game show.

Regis Philbin! He really does deserve having another shot at Millionaire after Syndicate version was a big hit! He made things dramatic and was great to be around...

There is simply no one better than Regis. I've watched a lot of Millionaire over the years, and no one has ever done a more masterful job of hosting the show than Regis.

I would have to agree Wolf, firstly I believe Classic Millionaire has unfortunately met the end of the line and needs some sort of revamp to survive and secondly Regis is getting older and it would be harder for him to be involved

My picks would've been Ben Bailey of Cash Cab, Kenny Mayne of 2 Minute Drill, and Chris Tarrant of the UK Millionaire (if Anne Robinson could do both US and UK Link, Chris can do both UK and US Millionaire). I would also go with Barbara Walters as she has worked with two NBC/ABC colleagues who were game show hosts in their own right--Meredith (of course she was host of Millionaire and competed on the ABC show after 9/11) and Hugh Downs (he did Concentration).
