Frank: Yes...the answer depends on who was the emperor at the time... so, 393 AD..... *begins counting on his fingers* my history teacher would know this... umm, let's start at January... Emperor Theodosius I at the time... he proclaims his nine year old son Honorius Augustus on the 23rd... and then he outlaws the Olympic games! Yes! The answer is Theodosius I! Final answer!

Frank: Well, I thought it was 8 or 3 minutes, or maybe 42 seconds - but I doubt it's an hour, light surely isn't that slow.... Ummmmnnn.... Oh boy, it's on the tip of my tongue but I can't come up with the answer! I know it's a lot of pressure Reeg, we'll get there.......
