Good morning, everybody, I'm Prizes, as a few of you boardies here may recognize, even aside from my handle. I've joined up here, aside from the obvious, a lot of you all have joined my board, as represented in my avatar, as well. Return the task, try to help each other out, I think we're the only two proboards sites based on game shows.
A bit on my background, hmm. I run/own Buy a Vowel Boards (check us out if you haven't; last time I'll promote that here, avatar aside), I moderate over at Golden-Road, and am pretty well known throughout the game show community. Given actual shows have commented on my site, plus my power within them; sorry to boast, I'd say it's a very good reputation.
I like to bring intellectual wit to any kind of forum I join, but also a strong business sense; the goal of the site should be the goal of the site, before all else. My posting policy has always been quality before quantity. If I can't contribute, or a thread is too far lost, for me, then it's not worth it. Most of the time, you'll get a good breakdown, with subtle humor, poking fun at either me, contestants, or other members, only for laughs, not for offending.
I can assure you, there is a zero chance you will find me being obnoxious, an audition before reading rules, 20 posts, etc. or anything of the sort. It's disappointing you all have dealt with this a bit lately; I know this struggle well as an owner myself, from a couple summers back. I honestly think I can learn a lot here, both internally, as in the BAM questions, and externally, to see what makes you guys tick, see if it works on a similar scale at our page, and to evaluate this as a successful model or not, on an individual and overall basis.
