Michael Segade, with all due respect to any member of this forum, you need to stop acting out and then pretending like we are the bad people when you are reprimanded. We have given you every opportunity to participate in this forum and join our community, but you have come in here as if you are a company trying to deal with us, when let's face it, we all know you're full of it. tl;dr: cut the crap, take the copyright line out of your signature, and learn a little respect for this community and its members. Or, leave. I am seriously offended by your lecture. I do not know what to say. Leimeisei, if you are considered a moderator, I suppose you should act like one. I'm speechless. So you all attack me with a sense of superiority for no absolute reason? What kind of "community" is this? I'll be speaking to Regisfan about recent happenings. I seriously thought people would treat others nicely after apologizing, I suppose I'm a bit old-fashioned. -- Michael. You should probably just stop now. You're making a lot of mistakes. Challenging a moderator, in this case leimeisei, is a big one.Let me try something different: Michael Segade, since you are considered a regular member like the rest of us, I suppose you should act like one.

Michael Segade, you claim that you are being attacked, yet in this single thread you've insulted one of my moderators, the auditioning process as a whole, and the entire community. There is a reason that so many members have approached you about your behavior, Mr. Segade. We appreciate that you're making an honest attempt to participate in the community, but calling people out for what you consider to be bad behavior is not the way to do it. You've been more disrespectful to the community in this one thread than most people have ever come close to being in their entire tenure as members here.
This community is comprised of one of the nicest and smartest collections of people that I have ever had the privilege to get to know in my entire life. If you're going to come to Millionaire Fans and attack my members and my staff each time you're called out for your own questionable behavior, then I am not going to stand for it. The community has gotten along just fine without you, and the password-protected fan games board has done a wonderful job of protecting the hard work of our members. I guess that means that the problem lies with you and not the site or the people who frequent it.
Furthermore, leimeisei has a point regarding your identity. You originally approached both me (through the PM system) and the community at large as a representative of the Zodiak Corporation. I've been contacted countless times about the validity of that assertion, and frankly I'm unclear about this issue myself. Could you please provide the community with some proof that the Zodiak Corporation even exists? You're seeking copyrighted materials (official music and sound effects from "Millionaire" chief among them) from us, yet no corporation would ever be obtaining these materials on a fan message board. A corporation would have to license these materials from the copyright holder. At this point, your entire identity is thrown into question because it appears that the Zodiak Corporation isn't really a corporation at all. And the copyright message you attach to each post in your signature certainly seems to have little validity.
So it falls to you, Mr. Segade, to explain your identity and your motives, because the behavior that you have displayed in your short tenure on these forums only casts increasing doubt as to your trustworthiness and character.

RF, I doubt the Zodiak Corporation exists. During my research, I've found several names for this "corporation:" - Zodiak Corporation
- Zodiak Corporation Intel Studios
- Zodiak Entertainment
- Zodiak Intelligence
Furthermore, his "company's" Facebook page says he was involved with creating advertising graphics for Cartoon Network. I'm sorry, but that made me laugh. Like, really laugh. Additionally, given the fact that this (http://zodiakcorporation.proboards.com/index.cgi) was just created, and has several of the same subforums that Millionaire Fans does... I'll leave the speculation on that note to others.

When the Zodiak Corporation first auditioned I thought I'd check them out and found as much as GSK did. I thought "Judge not, lest ye be judged" and it didn't really matter so I didn't say anything. But since we all have been judged now, that's a different story.
Just look at the dates of all the posts on the various websites of the Zodiak Corporation. In one of their YouTube videos they say something about an 8 year anniversary. There's nothing about that corporation on the internet from more than one year ago. I'm not a businessman but isn't the internet kind of important in our day and age? If you've been in business for so long, wouldn't you want to promote your work, show what you've already achieved, who you've worked for? Especially if you've worked for Cartoon Network, wouldn't you mention that everywhere? I'm not criticizing Michael Segade's Millionaire game, because that's grea, but there are no other games (except for that Rayman game which they're only promoting, apparently), no publicity, nothing.
And one more thing about the copyright comment: Taking credit for somebody else's creations and selling them is against the law, yes, but it's frustrating enough to see your work spread all over the internet for free without consent, I would imagine. Iff someone does take money, asking nicely if the thief would be so kind to take the game down probably won't work. And it's not like we can all simply hire a lawyer to take care of everything. Lawyers are expensive and many of us have barely graduated high school.
You might find our talking about trustfulness arduous but I personally value honesty above all else. Somebody can make 100 mistakes but if they admit those mistakes and tell me why they made them, I'll very likely forgive them. If, however, they have obviously made a mistake but deny it or blame somebody else, that's a deal breaker for me.
Okay, and since this is a thread about 101 Ways To Leave a Game Show, here's my opinion on it: Distressing , takes itself more seriously than it really is, but not worth the fuss.

I'm not going to display all information here, but I will explain certain things I find distressing.
First, the company and I have worked with Cartoon Network and Marathon. The manager has prohibited the distribution of digital content. We cannot distribute content of any of the industries.
Second, the company is eight years old. The previous owner of the company (one I shall not name) preferred to stay anonymous. Therefore we lost rights and money in the process of getting publishing rights back.
Third, Regisfan. I came to you as a fan of the game show. Not the representative of a large industry, therefore I did not buy a license for my personal amusement. That would defeat the point of it.
Forth, I have already admitted my mistakes in a previous post. Go back a page to read it.
Fifth, I can't tell you everything about the company as some things cannot be said publicly, but I can tell the members of this forum that I represent the company, but I don't want to be treated that way. I am not going to use the funds of the company or my family for my amusement, that is selfish and not required. I never read anything about funding the community for access to the digital content in the fan games section.
And correction, Regisfan, I only asked for some sound effects of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire - Season Nine. I wanted to contribute and add a complete soundboard and game to the community, but the various sound effects I look for are essential.
I program and design in my spare time. I do not demand income or profit for the short games I make, it is a hobby. My life does not revolve around Millionaire.
Gagamillionaire, I understand why people find thievery and scam unbearable on this forum, but the members do not need to hire a lawyer if a thief steals content and sells it in an immediate future, Valleycrest Productions or 2way Traffic would file a lawsuit to the user responsible. End of story. It is illegal and the official distributors would handle it properly.
I hope this ends the discussion. I would like to clear my slate and start again on the forum. Thank you for listening. Moderators (FinalAnswer19 and Leimeisei) I apologize for my behavior, and Regisfan, I hope you accept my apology also.
-- Michael.
P.S. I display the signature as the responsibility that falls to the company if the representative screws up or says something inadequate. I hope that clears any confusion or doubts the members and moderators have on my profile. Please contact me through a personal message if you still doubt me or the company. GSK, please stop teasing me and my coworkers, it is very immature. Thank you.
