I think the people at millionaire used After Effects with a plugin called Trapcode Lux. At least it looks similar to the real backgrounds.

I'm wondering if it can be altered to make it an animation during a game, or if I was to use it, just remain a stand still image?

I think that would be awesome if you could animate it. But its a static image. If you could alter it for animation, please show us if you would do something like that.
I was thinking of doing the animation but its only an static image though.

Well, I'd probably say the only thing that could be done is a slight movement of the same image, done a lot of times, and then animated together. Even that, though would be a stretch.

Here's the animation of the background glares that you see in the background moving side to side in the corners. *Download: Season 9 Animation Background.gif (Animated) 15.6MB *Note: I tried my best to get the quality out of the animation via Adobe Flash CS3 program in the .gif publish format. The export file format didn't look great at all, so this is the closest quality I can get for you guys. ENJOY! |
