Paul G, I think that the second AU logo you posted was used on screen in the titles based on this undated image from an Australian intro that if my memory serves me was before 2006.

I've modified and updated the 3rd logo by ben' request to include the modified question marks, BTW since I've never seen the WWTBAM logo (in English) with the Dollar sign variation #3 along with the dot-less question mark logo anywhere pre-2004/07.

I have always noticed the US version of a game show franchise tends to be different than the other countries. Weren't the dollar signs and question marks also angled differently as well?
