roboboy: The timer is the question timer so the length of the lifeline depends on which question it's used on and how much time is used before requesting it. It is more like Plus 1.

roboboy: I was able to record an episode of Australian HotSeat with the Ask A Friend Life Line however I have not had a broadband connection to upload it with for the last 3 or so weeks and have no idea when my ISP will have the connection restored.

retched: Well the reason for the delay would be so that the host can prepare themselves to say if the answer is right or wrong before displays on the screen and ready themselves for it. But I might be overthinking it

I think it was an interesting experiment, but Pam just wasn't that good of a fit for the show. If Regis' version was airing concurrently with this one, its easy to see why more viewers tuned in to see him.
